About Us - We are a real estate company established in 2003.
Our Goal - To design and build modern holiday homes in the countryside inspired and refined by cutting-edge architecture.
Location - Latvia, Liepāja district. Sakas parish.
Environment - The Baltic Sea shore set into relief by coastal bluffs and an unspoiled natural habitat.
This project represents the upshot of a chance meeting between a talented architect, Uldis Lukševics and an audacious entrepreneur, Andris Vītoliņš.The result is a village christened "Mākoņu brīvdienas" ("Holiday in TheClouds"). It is the home of 10 holiday homes, each of which is adorned by an individual art work created by the outstanding Latvian artist Ilmārs Blumbergs in which he articulates his impressions of Richard Wagner's operatic cycle "Der Ring des Nibelungen" ("The Ring of The Nibelung").
